Is everybody religious?

Everyone breathes religiously. One can do yoga religiously. One can clean religiously. One can be on time for work religiously. One can get blood tests religiously. One can be like Dawkins religiously. This is the 3rd definition of 'religiously.' One can mail the rent check or pay taxes on time religiously. Doesn't this mean that everyone is religious?
