What would cause my abs inop, brake, and tcs off lights to turn on?

I have a 1998 trans am with a 6 speed manual transmission. I noticed a couple weeks ago the the lights would come on while driving and then shut off once I started the car back up. When I changed the brakes on the car they turned on and won't go off now.... What could cause this?
