Getting relieving order from TCS E serve on education ground?

One of my friend is working with TCS E serve at Chennai. He is working there for 3 years now. All in a sudden he got admission in a B-school and the Collage want him to join on 28th of this Jan 2011. But he is afraid that he may not get relieving order in a short time. The School said it can not assist him. Is there any way he can get the relieving order in the short notice?
