My car makes a funny sound when i turn...can anyone help me?

The pusation is from your ABS system, it pulses the brakes to keep them from locking up. You may have a bad wheel speed sensor, but it is definatly an ABS issue, esp since it is telling you. TCS is traction control system, which is intergrated into the ABS..
