How recruiting in giant Company ?

I am M.C.A-2009 with First Class.Since i worked as Web Developer/Programmer (PHP) having 1.9 Years of industrial expired in small company in Ahmedabad with 14K salary .My salary package is too low.So how can i get the High package providing company.How this giant Companies(wipro, TCS,ITC,Reliance,Mahindratech,Infosys,l&… recruiting ?
