How I should approach the HR to change my project before I join TCS?

Hi, In generally the candidate should able to do all the project. if u don't have knowledge you should learn that. you can't say am not do this. Whatever they assign to you, you should able to do that. May be they won't consider your request. After some times they will change dept.
