TCS-job security and growth?

Hi i have an offer wt TCS as asst.system eng and i would like to know the job security part as i heard that tehre is no job security and growth , would also like to know abt the hikes..i would also need to move to Hyd after a year will they be able to move me ..what are the other benefits in working here plz advse
