Hi friends i got selected in TCS bpo for non voice process in chennai?

Hi friends i got selected in TCS bpo for non voice process in chennai. i have been informed that i ll be having ILP(inital learning programme)for one month.. and they ll conduct a test after that. Suppose if i dont clear the test wont they select me for employment? pls i m seeking a reply.
