Hi Friends! Help regarding BPO jobs in Chennai....?

Im from Pondicherry, India. I have an experience of around 2.5 years in couple of International BPO/call centers in Pondicherry. I want to migrate to chennai. Im a diploma holder. Is it possible to get a job in some leading call centres like Sutherland, Allsec, HCL, Slash support, Sitel, TCS, CTS? I mean considering my qualification? That the concern.. Or what's the basic qualification for entering all these concerns? I know that flawless communication is must!! Thanks for the answers in advance!
