Graduation from Distance learning, problem to apply for job in many reputed companies?

I have done my graduation from distance learning (BCA from IGNOU) in 2006 and working in good reputed company. Now I am facing problem while applying job in top IT companies like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, HP etc. They required graduation to be done in regular mode. Please suggest should I take admission in graduation now after having around 5 years of experience in my field and would companies will consider the gap between my 12th and graduation if I take admission in graduation now.
