Does Kalifornia still belong to USA or now Mexico?

i live in Kalifornia and always thought it was a USA state. that was until i actually travelled the whole state and found Mexican flags on flag poles waving by stores, hanging on houses, etc. Spanish signs everywhere, people Speaking spanish, I couldn't even buy fruit at this fruit stand on the side of the road because the Mexican there didn't speak english and couldn't understand what I wanted, so I said F it and left. Where is all the english people? The diversity? No diversity. Mostly Mexicanos. Also my school is full of Brown Pride gangs (Viva La Raza) who always say anti-American stuff at the white boys, its a mess. They call them 'gringos' lol what? Did Mexico take Kalifornia back?? I need to know man..thanks!
