Did god create atheists because god is an atheist?

I think dawkins said that it reminds the believers not to believe so much. Its ok to believe, by all means you are allowed to believe in whatever your little heart desires. But there comes a time when the believer must let go of faith and use logic to determine if he\she is starting to "lose it" like those serial killers and certain presidents who claim that god is talking to them. So be proud to be a freethinker. Im sure if god exists she would prefer it.
