Should I just give up?

Alright, so there's this guy that I have some history with got into this really stupid argument. The last thing he said was "Leave me alone, please." And we haven't talked for almost a month now. That's the longest we haven't spoken to each other. So, me being stubborn as I am, I'm obeying his wishes. But I'm starting to get really sad that we'll never speak again. He did once say "Regardless, I'm here for you." But it doesn't seem like that anymore. I don't know what I should do. Should I give up and leave him alone like he asked? Or suck up my pride and say something?

my boyfriend has been acting really stupid lately. we're in a long distance relationship right now. but im coming home on friday. he's been talking to his ex girlfriend, and he's not talking to me anymore. he wont text me. he's talked on the phone with "her" for 4 hours and 30 min. for the past 3 days. he hasnt text me for two days. he posts fb statuses about how much he loves her & tells me that he sees her as a sister. we've been thru alot. and i dont want this to end. i dont want to text him, because im trying to keep my pride and make him text me first. he's made me cry almost everyday for the past 2 months because of other girls. help D':

I reckon it's Newcastle - Arsenal especially with what happened last year at St James' Park... Fvck knows... the loss of Kevin Nolan must have some effect on them though... was vital to them, they failed to win ANY of the 8 games they played without him... I will be wary of Ben Arfa, Cabaye and Ba though... top players. Barton and Enrique look to be off... I know we made contact with Newcastle for them. Both of them are good players but there's something about Barton which makes me edgy...

Question about Persuasion by Jane Austen?

So I'm 16 and reading and Persuasion by Jane Austen, and they keep saying how Anne is not young and likley never to be married because she is old, but she's 27! 27 is young, i mean i know they married young in those days (Lydia in pride and prejudice married at 16 and Catherine Northanger Abbey married at 17) but i just find it really odd how they keep saying how she's old and past it yet she's still in her 20's. anyone else find this weird?
